We do not operate raffles, lotteries, or sweepstakes.
3. Prize Insurance
All prizes are fully insured or self-insured by Hole in WON Club.
Golf courses and participants carry no financial risk.
4. Transparency & Verification
All contest attempts are recorded by solar-powered 4K cameras for independent verification.
Verified winners are paid directly by Hole in WON within 14 business days.
We provide clear Terms & Conditions for all contests.
5. Responsible Participation
Participation is optional and intended as entertainment and engagement for golfers.
Entry fees are minimal, typically less than $20.
Refunds are available in the case of processing errors.
6. Data Privacy
We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
